Fleet admin portal
The same fleet workspace in the browser and on Windows, Mac, Android, and iPhone.
The web portal is the Flutter fleet shell — Reports, Users, Get the app, Billing, Releases, evidence review, and archive tools — hosted for Chrome and Edge on Windows, Safari on Mac, and the same signed-in experience on Android and iPhone. Sign in once; your data and permissions stay aligned across those surfaces.
On Windows, the shell can include a dedicated Create Report tab. In Chrome, Edge, or Safari, start the same crash or inspection workflow from Reports. On Android and iPhone, use the fleet apps your administrator distributed.

Drivers capture incidents on Android and iPhone. Fleet and safety teams use the portal in Chrome, Edge, or Safari on Windows and Mac — with the same workspace pattern across devices.
Tabs in the fleet shell
After sign-in you get the same primary areas on Windows, Mac in Safari or Chrome, Edge where your fleet standardizes on it, plus Android and iPhone where your rollout includes the mobile builds. The report workspace includes a resizable full-detail review, damage information, map context, PDF actions, and evidence browsing — launch new reports from Reports on each surface so the flow stays consistent.
Reports
Live-updating list of every submission from your fleet. Filter by date and status, open PDFs, inspect the full report reader, review images and other evidence, and start or finish crash and inspection reports when office staff file for a driver.
Users
Manage who can file and sign in. Configure employee details and fleet-level insurance so reports stay consistent with your policies.
Billing
Available to client admins and platform owners. Review invoices, documents, and payment status without leaving the portal.
Get the app
After sign-in, open Android, iPhone, Windows, and Mac (Safari or Chrome) install links your operator configured at portal build time (Dart defines). Public steps also live on the marketing site under Get the app.
Evidence & releases
Evidence vault actions, archive state, release notes, and payment-related flows for teams on the admin track.
