Install CrashTrak

Sign in first, then use the install method your fleet was given.

  1. Open the fleet portal and sign in with the email and password your organization sent you.
  2. Use the Android, iOS, or Windows install steps your fleet administrator or CrashTrak onboarding provided (for example Play Internal / TestFlight links, a Windows installer, MDM, or an invitation email). The live portal workspace focuses on reports, users, billing, and releases—install artifacts are distributed per fleet, not from a public store listing.
  3. If you never received install instructions, contact your fleet administrator first. If you are unsure who that is, contact CrashTrak and include your company name.
  4. Before installing a pilot or test build, review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Account closure and data requests are described under Account deletion.
